The Village of Healing Center Staff News

The Village of Healing Center announces new staff member Bianca Stallings, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 16 years of nursing experience. She’ll be joining our growing staff starting in November. Ms. Stallings specializes in treating a wide range of mental health disorders across the lifespan including Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Addiction, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. She uses a patient-centered care approach, medication management, and various therapy modalities to decrease symptomology so that each patient can function at their highest level.

Bianca will be seeing patients at The Village of Healing Center, located at 22344 Lakeshore Blvd. The Village of Healing Center is Cuyahoga County’s first and only medical center with all black providers focused on the health and mental healthcare of black families. Ms. Stallings believes, “there is a substantial need for culturally sensitive healthcare. I can’t count the number of times a Black patient has voiced concerns about feeling judged and not heard or understood. This leads to a lack of trust and faith in the healthcare system. Unfortunately, this ultimately widens the gap of health disparities in the Black community. The Village of Healing has created a safe space for Black patients to receive care and to feel seen and heard.” To schedule your appointment with Bianca Stallings call at 216-815-4325.
